FOR COUNTRIES THAT DO NOT HAVE AN AZERBAIJAN EMBASSY TO OBTAIN A PASSPORT.

1. List the names of all your competitors and officials requiring a visa, get a copy of the passport details (personal details), and send to the organiser.
2. Use the contact details on the front of the entry form to mail the names and passport copies.  arvaa@mail.ru
3. The Organisers will send you a “Letter of Invitation”.
4. The Organisers will present the names of competitors and officials to their “Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Migration Services”.
5.  On arrival at BAKU INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT you will see a competition logo and there will be Volunteer there to help everyone in all matters. You must produce your passport, “Letter of Invitation”, pay the visa fee, and then you will receive your visas.
